A Cutting Edge Workout Fit For All Athletes

This program is geared to all those looking to improve themselves from where they are physically and mentally. Are you looking to make the varsity squad, improve yourself on your college team, or just looking to lower your score in golf, we have the tools and knowledge to make it happen.

Kettle Bells

The Kettle Bell training as we know today is of Russian Heritage. The bell is basically a waited piece of iron, like a cannon ball, with a handle attached to the top of it. Kettle Bell training is the ultimate workout for the average out of shape person to the elite athlete or martial artist. Throw the weight bench away along with all the plates and bars and get into the best shape of your life with this piece of equipment. They are small and portable and can be used virtually anywhere. The Kettle Bell will take you from aerobic to anaerobic functional workouts in 40 minutes or less.

Yoga For Atheletes

In Yoga, we are taught that the breathing is the key to becoming more flexible in the postures. This yoga format is unique because we focus on three main components: Breathing, Postures, and Relaxation/Meditation. All of which are used in running, rowing, and strength-training programs, the kettle bell. Once you become more familiar with your breath, your mind will be less distracted. Whether the event will be aerobic or anaerobic you will always be at your best.

What we are introducing to you today is the cutting edge of all sports training. The products that we are using have been around from 300 to 3000 years and are being brought back into the fitness world. We know it is not just a fad because they have been around for so long. We know it works because it includes everything in your gym but we just see better results.

Thank you,
Tom Sher
